1. About these terms

“Foreign Financial”, “we” and “us” mean Foreign Financial and its licensed brokers. “You” means anyone who uses this website.

2. No contract of insurance

This website gives general information and lets you schedule a conversation. It is not an offer of insurance, a quote of a final price or a promise of coverage. Coverage, prices and eligibility are set by each insurance company after its own review (underwriting), vary by state, and are never guaranteed until a policy is issued.

3. Our brokers

Our brokers are licensed to sell insurance only in the states listed on their page. They work with several insurance companies and can help you compare options, but the decision to buy, and which policy to buy, is always yours.

4. Booking a call

• Calls are free and there is no obligation to buy anything.
• Please give accurate contact details so your broker can reach you at the time you picked.
• If you can't make it, reply to your confirmation or tell your broker so the time can go to someone else.
• Your broker may occasionally need to move a call; they'll contact you to find a new time.

5. Being contacted

When you book a call or ask for a quote, you agree that your broker may contact you by phone, text and email about your inquiry, including by automated means. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to any text to stop texts.

6. Your information

Our privacy policy explains what we collect and how we use it. You can ask us to delete your information at any time on our Delete your data page.

7. Using this website

Please don't misuse the site: no false bookings, no attempts to break or overload it, and no copying of its content for commercial use without our permission. The Foreign Financial name, logo and website content belong to us.

8. Other companies' services

Booking, quotes and our ads run on services from other companies (such as Anryh Labs and Meta). Their own terms apply to their services, and we aren't responsible for websites we link to.

9. Disclaimers

We work to keep this website accurate and available, but it is provided “as is”. General information here is not personal financial, tax or legal advice. Talk with your broker, and a tax or legal professional where needed, about your own situation.

10. Limits on liability

To the extent the law allows, Foreign Financial is not liable for indirect or consequential losses from using this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under insurance or consumer protection laws that can't be waived.

11. Changes

If we change these terms, we'll post the new version here with a new effective date.
